Redefining Women’s Career Challenges
Our mission is to support women whose careers have been interrupted by family responsibilities. These women, often highly educated and once successful, have been compelled to sacrifice their financial independence due to marriage, caregiving, and other familial duties. As a result, they may lose their voice in the family and find it difficult to leave challenging situations. We aim to help them regain confidence and independence through skills training, psychological support, and employment. opportunities, enabling them to return to the workforce and reclaim their place in society, family, and careers.

Hi, I’m Shanshan Feng, founder of the Women’s Career Relaunch Fund. This year, on March 8, 2025—International Women’s Day, I’m setting out to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro (19,341 feet), Africa’s highest peak. This is more than a personal challenge—it’s a mission to empower women and support their dreams of reclaiming their careers and lives.
