Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at NYU Stern, Shanshan is expanding her expertise to drive even greater impact on a global scale.

Recognized for her innovative approach to leadership, Shanshan has made it her mission to support highly skilled women navigating career interruptions. Under her guidance, the foundation provides cutting-edge training, psychological support, and personalized career strategies, helping women break barriers and re-enter the workforce with confidence.

Director of Management Communication Program, NYU Stern

Brian Hanssen is the Director of the Management Communication Program at NYU Stern School of Business and a Clinical Associate Professor with over 17 years of experience in leadership and communication. He has consulted for global organizations and brings extensive expertise in management education. Dedicated to nonprofit work, Brian founded a nonprofit organization focused on supporting student employment and remains passionate about philanthropy. As a WCRF board member, he supports the organization’s mission to help women relaunch their careers and achieve financial independence.

Haoran Chang

Founder of HH Consulting /HBS MBA

Haoran Chang is a dynamic leader with a background in management consulting and technology. An HBS MBA graduate, she has held key roles at McKinsey and Google, where she developed expertise in strategy and innovation.

Passionate about empowering women, Haoran founded HH Consulting to support well-educated women navigating career interruptions. She envisions a world where women confidently reclaim their careers and contribute to diverse, inclusive workplaces. By providing job skills training, psychological support, and tailored career pathways, Haoran strives to ensure no career dream is left behind.

Tony Crawley

Business Leader and Advocate for Women’s Empowerment

Tony Crawley is the COO of Synergies Companies, where he leads workforce solutions and diversity-driven strategies, building a nationally recognized business with over 2,000 employees. His nonprofit experience at Challenge Unlimited shaped his commitment to empowering underrepresented groups and fostering independence.

Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at NYU Stern, Tony combines academic insights with practical leadership to support WCRF’s mission of helping women regain financial independence and reshape societal perceptions. As a father and mentor, Tony is proud to advocate for inclusive workplaces and contribute to WCRF’s vision for lasting change.
